Polkadoodles challenge - Use a Design Sheet

while for an added challenge the DT's are using one of the fabulous Polkadoodles Design sheets. 

For my DT Inspiraton this week I used Winnie Starfish/Sandcastles Design Sheet 3. Being summer here in Australia, I wanted to make a fun Summer card for a friend, and the design sheets are perfect for a quick and easy card.

I printed the design sheet and cut out the images using my Silhouette Cameo - if you buy the Winnie Starfish and Sandcastles collection, it comes complete with cutting files for you to easily trace the design sheet images. I then layered a paper from the collection onto pink card stock and added my images.

Hi everyone, I'm here today to share some exciting news.

This is a weekly challenge group with an amazing DT team, with loads of colouring inspiration and fabulous sponsors. All our challenges are Anything Goes and we'd love you to join us.

This week's challenge is sponsored by Pickled Potpourri and I used the very cute and cuddly Birthday Bear image to make my card.

I printed my image on Copic Xpress-it cardstock and coloured it in with my copics. The colours I used are: E0000, E59, E57, E55, E53, E51, E50, R0000, R39, R37, R35, R32, B0000, B37, B34, B32, Y0000, Y38, Y35, Y32

Hi everyone and welcome to another brand new Polkadoodles Challenge. All our challenges are

while for an added challenge the DT's are using a die cut in our creations.

For my DT Inspiraton this week I used a pre-coloured Wandering Star image from Octavia Frosted Winter collection and added a sentiment from Winnie Sugar Sprinkles collection before printing out on white cardstock. I then used the large Ribbon/Gift frame die to cut out the image. I made the base  card of white card stock and then added a layer of background paper printed from Octavia Frosted Winter collection. Top the card off with a bow and it's ready to send.
