It's time for a brand new Polkadoodles Challenge. All our challenges are

I printed out the digi outline and coloured Meribelle with my copics, choosing colours that matched the papers. The colours I used are: Hair: R30, R32, R35, R27, R43, Tail: BG15, BG13, BG10, BG32, BG18, BG45, BG02, Skin: E0000, E000, E00, E11, E13, R20, Eyes and bikini top: B63, B66.

I then had lots of fun adding die cuts, bling, flowers and ribbon.

Polkadoodles Easter Basket

Hi everyone, today I am sharing some inspiration for a brand new Polkadoodles Challenge. All our challenges are

Anything Goes

while for an added challenge, the DT's are featuring our Easter creations.
For my DT Inspiration this week I made an Easter basket and filled it with Easter eggs. I decided to use the cute Winnie Sugar Sprinkles Springtime - Happy Easter image. I printed out the pre-coloured image and die cut an oval shape to look like an easter egg. To decorate the front of the basket, I printed some papers from the Winnie Sugar Sprinkles collection and die cut some oval shapes. I then embossed them with various embossing folders to add some texture.

For my DT Inspiraton this week I used one of delightful stamps from LDRS Creative -Polkadoodles Just For You Winnie to decorate a notebook. This stamp is so lovely and gives a perfect image every time.

Here is my notebook:

I stamped my image on Copic Xpress-it cardstock using my Memento Tuxedo Black ink pad. The colours I used are: E0000, E000, E00, E11, R20, E57, E55, E53, E51, R0000, R85, R83, R81, Y00, Y11, Y15, Y18, Y21, Y23, Y26, B91, B93, B95, YG03, YG25, YG63, YG67

To cover my notepad I used one of the papers from Twiggy and Toots Paper Heaven 6 and tied ribbon on each of the coils to add some fun.

Polkadoodles Winter Birthday

It's time for another fabulous Polkadoodles Challenge. As always our challenges are

Anything Goes

For my inspiration I made a wintery Birthday Card.

I chose a wintery grey paper and a pre-coloured image from Octavia Frosted Winter collection and added a sentiment from Winnies Sugar Sprinkles Sentiments collection. I really love how the Polkadoodles collections all work together, so you always have the perfect paper, image and sentiment for any occasion.

Using a base card stock in dark grey, I layered my papers and images using some Martha Stewart around the page punches and some die cut fancy ovals. I then added a touch of colour with a bouquet of flowers and a ribbon from my stash that tied together the colours in the image and flowers.

Happy crafting until next time....

Polkadoodles Thank You box

Today is the start of the first Polkadoodles Challenge for 2018. As always our challenges are

Anything Goes

For my inspiration I made a Thank You Box Card that folds flat for posting, but pops up to display a thanks you message with flowers in a box.

I used paper, flowers and foilage images from Helga collection with a few roses from the Belle Papillon foilage collection.

I kept the embellishments and layers to a minimum so I can post my thank you card to a friend.
