Summer Daze

It's Easter and that means a four day weekend and  I have some more time to play. I found this delightful image over at Elizabeth Bells Digital Designs and decide it would be fun to colour.

This one is a sliding pop up card. I used to make these all the time, but haven't made one for about 5 years. These are a great card to make, quite easy and they fold flat for posting. 

The image is printed on Copic Xpress card and coloured in with Copic Markers. The colours I used were: skin: E0000, E000, E00, E11, R20, boys clothes: B91, B93, B95, B97, B0000 girls clothes: R37, R34, R32, R0000 boys hair: E57, E51, E53, E55, girls hair: Y26, E37, E33, E50, flowers: Y11, Y13, Y17, picnic basket: Y26, Y23, R39 reeds: G20, G82, G85, E59, E55, fish: BG0000, BG10, BG11, BG13 water: B0000, BG0000, BG11 sand: E43, E42, E40, puppy: E18, E15, 0
